Terms & Conditions

Please review our studio terms and booking policies prior to reserving services.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Shesa Clicks. By accessing our website, booking our photography, video production, framing, or digital marketing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Shesa Clicks (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") and our clients (referred to as "you" or "client").

2. Booking & Cancellation

All service bookings are subject to availability. To reserve a photography session or digital marketing launch date, the client must confirm booking details and pay any required advance deposit. Key conditions include:

  • Advance Deposits A deposit (typically 30% to 50% depending on the package) is required to secure the event date. Dates are not held without a deposit.
  • Rescheduling Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to studio calendar availability.
  • Cancellations Deposits are generally non-refundable in the event of client cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled shoot. Special exemptions may be applied in emergency cases at our discretion.

3. Payment Policies

Clients agree to the pricing details stated at the time of booking or in their custom invoice. Payment structures are detailed below:

  • Standard Sessions The remaining balance of the package must be paid in full on or before the day of the shoot.
  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns Monthly packages require advance payment before the start of each service cycle.
  • Photo Framing Custom frames require full payment or a minimum 50% deposit before production begins.
  • Late Payments We reserve the right to withhold deliverables (edited photos, videos, or marketing campaign launches) until outstanding invoices are settled.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Shesa Clicks retains full copyright of all raw and edited photos, designs, and videos created during our sessions, as permitted by international copyright laws. Rights granted to the client include:

  • Personal Use Clients receive a lifetime personal-use license to display, print, and share the media files.
  • Commercial & Branding Use Commercial clients receive a license to use the delivered assets for marketing, social media, and business advertising.
  • Restrictions Clients may not re-sell, license, or edit/alter the delivered photos (e.g., adding heavy filters or cropping out logos/watermarks where applicable) without prior written permission from Shesa Clicks.
  • Marketing & Promotion Shesa Clicks reserves the right to use selected photos/videos in our portfolio, website, and social media channels for self-promotion unless the client explicitly requests a privacy waiver prior to the session.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Shesa Clicks takes utmost care in capturing and producing premium quality visuals, our liability is limited. We are not held responsible for:

  • Uncontrollable Disruptions Uncontrollable weather conditions, location closures, or third-party disruptions during outdoor shoots.
  • Equipment & Data Risks Equipment malfunction, data corruption, or force majeure events. In the rare event of asset loss, Shesa Clicks will refund the amount paid or arrange a complimentary re-shoot.
  • Dependency Delays Delays in deliverables caused by missing client inputs, feedback, or unpaid invoices.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
